We’re looking for a Full Stack (Web/Cloud) Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Colombo!What You’ll Do– Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java Spring Boot, Flask, and React.js– Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Twilio,SendGrid)– Implement cloud-based architectures on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Cognito)– Work with microservices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment– Optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) for scalability and performance– Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment– Ensure best practices in code quality, testing (JUnit, Mockito, Postman), and software designWhat We’re Looking For– 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer– Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript– Experience with Spring Boot, Flask, and React.js/Redux– Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and DevOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD)– Familiarity with authentication and user management (Keycloak, AWS Cognito)– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsNice to Have– Exposure to AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Gemini, etc.)– Experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers
