BI Engineer / Data EngineerWe are seeking a skilled BI Engineer / Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that enable effective analytics and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and big data technologies, with added knowledge of BI tools and modern data platforms. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and collaboration to deliver efficient, reliable, and high-quality data solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.Implement and optimize complex SQL queries, Spark SQL scripts, and ETL processes for performance and scalability.Apply data warehouse concepts to design efficient storage, integration, and retrieval processes for large datasets.Collaborate with business stakeholders, BI developers, and analysts to ensure data quality, accuracy, and usability.Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources and ensure seamless integration into centralized repositories.Optimize data storage, processing, and access strategies for scalability and efficiency.Support data governance, documentation, and best practices across projects.Stay updated with modern data engineering practices, tools, and platforms.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.2–4 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, BI Engineer, or in a similar data-focused role.Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL and Spark SQL.Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and their practical applications.Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data processing.
